Adas Mortgage Group is located in Mobile, Alabama. For purposes of this privacy statement, "AMG" means Adas Mortgage Group.

Your Privacy is Important to Us. At AMG, your privacy is our chief concern. We understand that you entrust us with your private financial information to meet your needs. In exchange for your trust, you expect and deserve our commitment to treat your information with respect. Rest assured that we protect your privacy. Under no circumstances will AMG sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: as authorized by you, to participating lenders, real estate professionals or other parties involved in your transaction, or as may be required by law or court order. The Privacy Policy below describes the standards we adhere to in handling information about you and your loan request.

1. Information We Collect. There are several areas on a AMG site where you may be asked to enter both personal and non-personal information. We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: as authorized by you, to participating  real estate professionals or other parties involved in your transaction, or as may be required by law or court order.

• Information we receive from you on loan requests. When you come to a AMG site to complete a qualification form you'll need to provide personal and financial information such as your name, phone number, Social Security Number, e-mail address, income and other financial information depending upon your expressed loan or real estate referral preference.
  
  
• Information from the "Contact Us" section of a AMG Web site. You may contact AMG through the "Contact Us" feature. Participation in this area is completely voluntary and it is your choice whether or not you wish to disclose your personal information to us. In the "Contact Us" form, we may ask you for personally identifiable information such as your name, mailing address, email address, etc. This information will not be sold to any person or organization. However, your information may be shared with other parties relevant to your transaction to help resolve any issues you report to us.
  
• Information collected from the "Calculators" section of our site. AMG makes several resources available to you to help you complete a qualification form. One of these resources is the "Calculators" section of our site. We do not collect any personal data you may input into any calculators on our site.
  

2. How your information is used. We use the information you provide on your loan  request to meet your needs only. They are collected by authorized agents. We may also send your information to other third parties relevant to your transaction however, this data DOES NOT include any of your personal identifying information.

3. Altering Information You Submit Through a AMG Web Site. AMG puts you in control of your experience on our Web sites. You'll find our sites easy to navigate to find all the information you need to complete your transaction.

• Changing your information. You may be able to review and change personal information in an active loan or realty request that you completed through AMG online. If you are unable to complete this online, you may contact our Customer Care Department for assistance.
  
  
• Deleting your information. Federal and state regulations require that we store completed loan and real estate requests for various periods of time. In order to comply with these regulations, we cannot delete information from our databases. Even if your loan  request was withdrawn, by law, we cannot delete that information. We store all of the information you might provide securely.

• Security. AMG sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We have the highest possible security available to date.  The United States remains the world leader in encryption technology to secure data.  The highest legal encryption available to commercial use in the U.S. at this time is 128 Bit Encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol.  128 Bit Encryption is not exported outside the United States.  This ensures that we maintain the highest level of security.  We utilize Secure Server SSL Certificates to be sure to provide you with a Secure Server which encrypts your data to be sure that your data is safe with us.

If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should first contact the AMG site coordinator at our Customer Care Department. If you do not receive acknowledgment of your inquiry or your inquiry has not been satisfactorily addressed, you should then contact us directly. We will then serve as a liaison with the Web site to resolve your concerns.

If we make a change to our Privacy Policy in the future that will affect how we treat your information, we will notify you of the change. In that case, your ability to opt out of the new policy will be determined by applicable laws and we will include that information in our notification. If the change impacts how we use your information, we will notify you even if you have requested that we not contact you.
